These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods

Payment and delivery
We accept payment with card.
The amount is only deducted when the item is dispatched.
If you have ordered several items and one of the items is backordered, we will only deduct the payment for this item when the item is dispatched.
Prices are given in DKK. On top of the price, the price for freight must be added. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process. There may be a payment fee is imposed, depending on the chosen form of payment.
We deliver the item 1-14 days after your purchase.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel an agreement without reason within 14 days
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person chosen by you (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period runs from when you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.
How to use the right of withdrawal

You can use the law's standard cancellation form cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. The cancellation form can be found at the end of the order confirmation.
The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired.
Return of the item and return costs
If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to Kollerød Bygade 36 - 3450 Allerød without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Goods cannot be sent per cash on delivery or without distribution.

Refund of the money in case of cancellation
When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery charges
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have sent documentation that the goods have been returned.
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Testing of the product and packaging
You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, its characteristics and the way in which it functions.
You must normally examine the item in the same way as you can and must in a shop, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or can in a business, and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you must count on us deducting the decrease in value in the amount you must have back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
You must return the item in the original packaging.
You should also ensure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.
Privacy Policy
We understand and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose customer/user information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. We will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.

The agreements are concluded in Danish.
The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via linaart.com. Entrepreneurs do not have the right of withdrawal.
