Moder Jord Parken / The Mother Earth park

Æbleblomst Gård has, under Lina Murel Jardorf's ownership, developed into an inspiring workshop with art, horses, apple cider, coffee and a special energy that inspires presence and contemplation. The publicly accessible art park will ensure that this presence and immersion is preserved and developed in the now that always prevails.

Æbleblomst Gård and Park

The place - as well as Lina herself - is full of energy, lushness and enthusiasm and is rewarding to visit in all seasons. When visiting the studio, the eye catches the light from the park through the studio's glass partition, and a terrace outside is a perfect place to stay in the afternoon sun. On the terrace and elsewhere in the park, there are seats with cushions, tables with intense displays of things with history and showcases that inspire contemplation. Here you can sit and enjoy a good cup of tea or coffee with a little extra, while observing the site's many wild birds, resident birds as well as migratory birds. The beautiful horses, Arancha, Cassiopeia and Comico Sky, also contribute to giving peace to the place. They have their paddock in the plantation where they walk freely and measuredly curiously follow from a distance. The horses are respectful, big and strong, but also searching, present, and occasionally galloping straight into the center of Lina's inspiration, where the impressions become the most fabulous bronze sculptures of beautiful horses. Just as important in the park's story as the horses are the old trees, where especially the watercourse at Kollerød Å, which runs through the park, invites reflection. Tree lovers will have the chance here to give the beautiful old trees a loving pat, while the ear is filled with sounds from the play of the leaves in the wind and the quiet trickle of the water in the stream.

The Art Park

The bronze sculpture "Freedom" sets the mood for the meeting with the unique art the park conveys. If you are in love, you are free to go and flirt with "Love" and later you can weight this up with "Anger", "Joy", "Hopelessness", "Sorrow" and "Care". The total of 7 bronze sculptures together make up Lina's work "the 7 feelings", which pays tribute to the philosophy of having the person at the center on days in both sun and shade.

The apple orchard of 150 trees

With its changing expressions, from the bare trunks and branches of winter, the delicate green foliage in spring over the flowering, ending with the harvest of apples in autumn, the apple orchard represents the turn of the year at "Ebleblomst Gård". But the plantation gives life to wild bees, insects and birds and supplies the farm with a good harvest of tasty varieties in a fantastic mix, which is pressed into the best must you can imagine! If you are lucky enough to walk in the park in late summer and have a freshly picked apple handed to you by your companion, you may remember the story of the garden of paradise. You can find it again in the "now" - right here at "Ebleblomst Gård".

The circle

Æbleblomst Gård has been examined for spiritual energies, and the place with the circle in the northwest corner of the apple orchard is quite special. In addition to the place offering a nice view over the rows of trees in the apple orchard, the place's sun circle marks that something special is knocking. A völve, by his hard work, has brought balance to the place and brought good energy to the plantation. But the balance is fragile. One must not enter the solar circle which is very powerful.

A publicly accessible contemporary art park

Æbleblomst Gård is a solid place full of good energy. The place has very special qualities and Lina wishes to transform it into a publicly accessible contemporary art park. The idea is to be realized via fundraising, where the property eventually passes into public ownership, after which a board can secure the place's finances, activities and future in a way that the artist Lina can continue her life in a studio and residence.

Bronze foundry

Æbleblomst Gård is close to the discovery site of the approx. 3,000-year-old bronze watches from Brudevélte (Exhibited at the National Museum and at the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg). Based on the bronze lamps as well as found axes, vessels and not least the sun chariot from Odsherred, in addition to the mastery of the ancient foundry craft, we can sense a religion where the sun as the highest divine power was at the center and was perceived as the source of the fertility of the earth and people. According to mythology, this religion had rituals that ensured that the bronze-colored sun would rise every morning and that every spring would gain strength so that life could continue its cycle forever. The bronze watches from Brudevælte remind us that metal has always been in the hands of the residents of this region, and to this day Æbleblomst Gård functions as a bronze foundry in the middle of North Zealand.
